This role works closely with theatre staff, clinical suppliers, procurement, CSSD, Building and Facilities, and Finance Teams, and clinical engineering/biomedical teams to ensure all equipment is compliant, available, and appropriately recorded according to hospital and NZ health and safety standards. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys logistics coordination, detailed record-keeping, and being part of a fast paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and Maintain surgeons’ preference cards and provide administrative support .
• Manage implant ordering, receipting, and storage in conjunction with the senior nursing team & CSSD
• Coordinate the booking, delivery, tracking, and return of loaned or trial medical equipment.
