Position Overview
This is what you will do:
Senior IC role (Tokyo-based): Provide hands-on technical to design, build, and operate scalable data solutions on AWS + Snowflake, aligned to the Global standard Snowflake framework.Commercial data enablement: Deliver trusted, governed, analytics-ready datasets and data products using CRM and multiple platform data to support reporting, insights, and decision-making.Engineering + data science contribution (as needed): In addition to strong data engineering delivery, contribute to advanced analytics/data science work as required (e.g., exploration analysis, feature engineering, lightweight modelling prototypes) and build model-ready data foundations that enable future DS expansion.Global collaboration: Work closely with the Global Data team and coordinate delivery with a development team based in India, communicating clearly in both Japanese and English.You will be responsible for:
