+ Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel customer journey solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
+ Design scalable end to end AJO architectures leveraging Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Journey Optimizer
+ Architect real time journeys, decision flows, triggers, and multichannel orchestration patterns.
+ Configure Data Sources, Datasets, Schemas, Segments, Policies, and Journeys.
