As an Airtime Team Leader you will lead the day‑to‑day airtime and broadcast operations across a portfolio of stations, ensuring bookings, broadcast logs, material instructions, and campaign delivery are executed accurately and on schedule. You’ll oversee operational quality, coordinate workloads, perform compliance checks, resolve issues, support and develop a high‑performing operations team, and drive continuous improvement across workflows.
