Job Responsibilities:
Provide on-site assistance to international travellers who need help with submission of forms on SGAC.Guide travellers with the use of automated lanesAny other duties as assigned from time to timeJob Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.Prior experience in customer service, airport operations, or hospitality preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable interacting with international travellers from diverse backgrounds.Able to guide travellers in using automated systems or electronic forms (e.g., SGAC).Basic computer literacy and familiarity with tablets or kiosks.Able to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.Please send a copy of your resume to [email protected] or [email protected]
