Develop concept and detailed civil structural designs for airport-related infrastructure projects.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, sections and technical details.
Design and coordinate civil works including buildings, pavements, drainage and utility infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with GCAA, ICAO, UAE Civil Defence and Municipality regulations.
Scope & Specification Development
Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SoW) documents for CAPEX projects.
Develop technical specifications for Civil and Structural Works, including Runway, Taxiway, Apron Rehabilitation, Cargo Buildings, Industrial Facilities, Hangars and Support Infrastructure.
Define performance-based requirements and material specifications.
Conduct site inspections and verify contractor compliance with approved standards.
