The primary purpose of this position is to plan, implement, administer and counsel units and leadership on individual, family, and community issues on the Family Readiness Program in the Air Force Reserve. Responsibilities Serves as the principal advisor to leadership, organizations, and populations serviced by the FSS Commander on human services matters. Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for Airman and Family Readiness programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements.
