Responsibilities:
Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations
Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
Record all interactions and maintain up-to-date documentation
Escalate complex cases to supervisors
Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals
Schedule & Training:
Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on travel systems and company procedures
Requirements:
At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
Excellent English communication and attention to detail
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
On-site availability in Cebu City
