Support the supervisor in developing and enhancing airfreight forwarding products in collaboration with cross‑functional teams such as Sales and Marketing.
Assist in planning and coordinating daily shipment movements in line with operational requirements and customer needs.
Negotiate with airlines or vendors for charges incurred and follow margin guidelines to propose sell rates.
Verify accuracy of airline billing and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Serve as a subject matter expert in airfreight operations, providing advisory support and contributing to business tenders, including those related to customs and trade compliance.
Implement corrective actions as directed by management in response to audit findings and operational gaps.
Continuously review and improve work processes to ensure alignment with current operational requirements and evolving customer expectations.
