Job Responsibilities - Manage the Airfreight Department, overseeing Customer Service, Billing, and Operations.
- Ensure customer KPIs are aligned and consistently met with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits to review service standards and address performance gaps.
- Lead MBR/QBR sessions to review account performance and drive improvement actions.
- Lead and coach the team to meet customer requirements and operational targets.
- Manage department P&L, including cost control and profitability tracking.
- Monitor monthly AR with Finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collections.
