Position Overview
- Responsible for overseeing the entire process from start to finish.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, suppliers, customs, airlines, carriers, agents, and other service providers to keep all parties informed of shipment details and timelines.
- Negotiate rates, create quotes, and follow up on them.
- Handle the full operational and administrative process of air freight shipments, including accurate billing.
- Monitor shipment progress closely to ensure an up-to-date transport file.
- Communicate any changes or delays in the process promptly and professionally to all involved parties.
- Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
