Contacting line flight carriers for rates, schedules, capacity, and equipment.Communicating with shippers and consignees about the airline rates, capacity, equipment, and handling charges.Checking with operations the shipment delivery status, plant health inspection, and QC status.Ensuring all shipments fly as initially booked by the customer.
