Job Responsibilities - Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, electrical, and lighting systems, including 8TS water‑cooled chiller and 6TS VRV3 systems
- Carry out preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and general building maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Diagnose technical faults, replace defective components, and recommend suitable corrective solutions
