Job Summary

Air Traffic Control positions in the Winnipeg Flight Information Region (Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario). Air Traffic Controllers coordinate the safe, efficient, and orderly flow of aircraft in the region, working in Area or Tower Control facilities.

Responsibilities

• Control air traffic in the Winnipeg Flight Information Region, ensuring separation and safety of aircraft.
• Communicate with pilots, issue clearances, and provide necessary flight information.
• Work in Area Control Centres (for IFR controllers) or at airport towers (for VFR controllers).
• Participate in continuous training and simulator sessions as part of the credentialing process.
