Descripción del puesto At SBLogistics, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Air Route Development Manager to lead the growth and optimization of our air freight network. This role is responsible for identifying new trade lane opportunities, managing airline partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strong yield management and route development strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the air route development strategy, identifying new trade lane opportunities and market potential. Evaluate financial viability and build business cases for new routes and capacity agreements. Negotiate rates, allotments, and Block Space Agreements with airline partners. Optimize carrier mix and space utilization across key trade lanes. Monitor market trends including capacity, seasonality and fuel surcharges to support strategic decision-making.
