ROLE: Air Hygiene Operative
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Exeter – required to travel across the whole Southwest region

We’re looking for an Air Hygiene Operative who will assist the Lead Engineer in delivering ventilation, ductwork cleaning and other air hygiene services to our customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out kitchen extract system cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease.
• Carry out ventilation system cleaning in accordance with TR19.
• Installation of access doors into ventilation systems in accordance with DW144; carry out inspection of fire dampers in accordance with BS9999.
• Conduct regular inspections of the physical plant, follow preventative maintenance programmes, maintain equipment and chemical stock inventories, and make recommendations for major repairs. ...
