About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced Air Export Operator to join a busy and growing freight forwarding team. This role is responsible for managing air export shipments from booking through to final departure, ensuring excellent customer service and full compliance with industry regulations.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, overseas agents, airlines, and internal departments to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of cargo worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage air export shipments from origin to destination.

* Arrange bookings with airlines and overseas partners.

* Prepare and process all export documentation, including air waybills and customs paperwork.
