Summary The incumbent to this position is a fully journeyman level air conditioning mechanic, who has a universal certification certificate covered by section 608 of the clean air act for the purpose of proper refrigerant usage. Certificate must be from an EPA approved agency. Incumbent is responsible for the complete maintenance, repair, PMI, trouble shooting, installation of all air moving-conditioning and refrigeration equipment located within this facility.
