Job Salary: £45k-£50k based on experience and technical ability. Travel is paid door to door and overtime is 1.5 times on hours over 40 on site per week.

My client is a family-owned and managed business that was started in 1982 and has always been working in the mechanical services industry. Their focus has changed over the years from heating to full HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and from contracting to maintenance. They have always targeted the commercial market and covered a wide range of clients from office-based service companies to food production facilities.
They have a team of employed AC engineers who carry out the maintenance and repair works. Some works, especially larger installations, are carried out by subcontract labour.
