Senior Thermal Customer Engineer
Responsible for maintenance and emergency repairs of Vertivβs Thermal Management products and other contracted systems, maintaining excellent rapport with customers, sales managers, distributors, and field teams, and keeping ongoing communication with scheduling teams and the line/department manager.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to all assigned service calls while on duty.
- Perform all work safely and in accordance with company safety policy.
- Perform work using good practice and current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned tasks.
- Assist in ensuring the planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a minimum 90%.
- Keep scheduling team informed of changes to your schedule and the status of all open jobs.
- Maintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors with the site change form.
