職務目的（Job Purpose）
+ Execute strategies and initiatives to achieve profitable growth by promotion, training and underwriting of Casualty line products as Corporate Segment underwriter, based on the underwriting authority and under the supervision of the supervisor. 引受権限および上司の管理・監督のもと、コーポレート（大企業・中堅企業）セグメントのアンダーライターとして、企業賠償保険にかかる推進、トレーニングおよび引受を行い、、収益性を伴った成長を実現する。
+ The scope of responsibility includes underwriting, promotion and marketing, trainings of the branch/channel in charge, monitor, tracking and reporting of budget/KPIs, execution of compliance, and involvement in HO initiatives including new product development and efficiency improvement. 担当範囲には、担当営業店・チャネルにおける引受、営業推進、トレーニング、予算やKPIのモニタリング・リポート、コンプライアンス施策の実行、その他商品開発や効率化取組み等本社プロジェクトへの参画が含まれる。
+ By working with other PCs and distribution partners, Claims team contribute to the development of Casualty business across segments. 各商品部門や営業部門、損害サービス部門とも連携し、セグメントを横断した企業賠償保険のビジネス構築に貢献する。
