Job Purpose（職務目的）

This role is responsible for leading AIG Japan’s event strategy and execution, delivering high-impact client, broker, and internal engagement programmes that support business priorities and reflect best-in-class event delivery.
The role plays a central part in strengthening relationships with clients and brokers while also supporting employee engagement through major internal communication platforms, including CEO-led initiatives such as the Japan Monthly Update.

In addition, this role ensures consistent and high-quality brand activation across all event-related touchpoints, aligning with global brand standards and International content programming while delivering locally relevant execution for the Japan market.本ポジションは、AIGジャパンにおけるイベント戦略の策定および実行をリードし、クライアント・代理店・社員を対象としたビジネスインパクトがあるイベントおよびエンゲージメントプログラムを展開する責任を担います。
