Confidential is building its AI Data Center (AIDC) business globally and is seeking a senior leader to support the development, execution, and growth of AI data center projects across Europe. This role will focus on the full lifecycle of AI data center development, from early‑stage project origination and site development through design, construction, commissioning, and operations. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in the European data center ecosystem and a strong understanding of how hyperscalers, colocation providers, utilities, governments, and infrastructure partners interact to deliver large-scale data center projects. The role requires a commercially‑minded and technically credible leader capable of engaging with customers, utilities, government stakeholders, consultants, EPC contractors, and internal teams to support the successful development of AI data center opportunities.
