We are seeking an AI Workflow Transformation Lead to join our team. The lead partners directly with the CEO and executive team to map critical workflows end‑to‑end and reimagine them for the AI era. This role owns a portfolio of high‑impact transformation initiatives, leveraging tools like Claude, Glean, and internal AI capabilities to redesign how work gets done across the company. It leads a small, high‑caliber team of AI Automation Specialists and serves as the connective tissue between strategy, operations, and technology.
