Four AI Translator are required — one per market — to bridge the gap between technical AI delivery and local business stakeholders. Each specialist is the in-market glue: translating AI outputs and UX content into the local language, managing project coordination tasks, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring the chatbot serves its local users with cultural accuracy. A background combining project coordination with linguistic skills and basic AI literacy is essential.
Core Responsibilities
Translate and localise all chatbot-facing content for the assigned market: agent responses, fallback messages, button labels, onboarding copy, and help text — ensuring cultural appropriateness beyond literal translation.
Work directly with AI Engineers to review prompt outputs in the local language, flag quality issues, and iterate on wording until responses meet local user expectations.
