Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic AI Transformation Officer (AITO) to lead AI-driven consulting and business growth for our Manufacturing Business Unit. The executive will drive revenue growth by spearheading AI-led transformation programs for manufacturing clients, shaping strategic roadmaps for smart factories and intelligent supply chains, and ensuring the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar engagements.

The AITO will act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing industry CXOs, translate advanced analytics and Industry 4.0 technologies into actionable solutions, and oversee the end-to-end execution of client engagements to achieve tangible improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost. This is a highly visible role combining technology thought leadership, consulting acumen, and P&L responsibility.
