Your job
You set the technical direction on GenAI initiatives that span the bank: from the first conversation with a business team through to production and beyond. You decide how things get built, you build with the team, and you make sure the right things actually get done in a complex organisation. Your focus shifts with the use case: backend, frontend, from levering LLM’s to agentic. You own outcomes, not just architecture diagrams. You work directly with the people whose problems you're solving, and you bring the rest of the team along.

Concretely, you'll:
Set the technical direction for GenAI solutions across banking use cases: Voice AI, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, document intelligence.
Drive initiatives end-to-end through a complex organisation: align stakeholders, unblock teams, make the calls that need to be made.
