This role sits within their core engineering team, supporting three core business lines: Trading, Operations, and Finance. The team is responsible for a high-impact roadmap including a new margining platform, cash optimisation tooling, position allocation systems, and expansion into new asset classes such as fixed income.

What makes this role unique is its dual focus: approximately 50% of the work is dedicated to AI engineering , applying advanced machine learning and AI-driven approaches to optimise financial workflows, enhance decision-making, and build intelligent automation across the platform. The remaining scope covers high-performance distributed systems engineering in a mission-critical environment.
