We are seeking an experienced AI Security & Governance Lead to establish and operationalise the organisation's approach to securing AI systems and governing their responsible use. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology risk, and AI innovation, and will be responsible for designing frameworks, embedding security-by-design principles into AI platforms, and ensuring robust oversight of AI‑related risks across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will work closely with AI/ML engineering, cybersecurity, data governance, and risk teams to ensure that AI capabilities are deployed in a secure, compliant, and trustworthy manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise‑wide AI governance frameworks, covering model lifecycle, risk classification, accountability, and oversight.
• Define policies and standards for responsible AI use, including fairness, explainability, transparency, and data protection.
