Role Description

The AI & Digital Innovation team is scaling from a small founding team to a program-driven delivery function. With multiple AI initiatives, vendor engagements, and cross‑BU stakeholders, the Program Manager, Engagement Lead, and solution owners need an analyst who keeps the underlying work, data, and processes organized and visible. This person will:

• Help bring structure to how work comes in, gets triaged, and gets tracked
• Support the Program Manager in keeping the AI roadmap on rails across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Maintain the trackers, dashboards, and data feeds the Program Manager, Engagement Lead, and solution owners use to tell their stories
• Document team‑internal processes, help fill gaps where none exist today, then automate repetitive parts using low‑code tools or AI‑assisted coding
