As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
You lead a cross-functional team of 3–5 Data Scientists and 1–2 Engineers with full functional and technical ownership: roadmap, prioritization, day-to-day direction, and delivery. You set the technical standard, the working rhythm, and the quality bar.
