Day to Day
• Partner with process owners to identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in current infrastructure processes
• Analyze current state processes using data, metrics, and stakeholder input
• Design and document optimized, streamlined end to end processes
• Ensure redesigned processes comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business, technology, and automation teams to align process improvements with tooling and automation opportunities
• Leverage knowledge of AI, ML, and RPA to inform future state process designs
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with cross functional stakeholders
• Produce clear documentation, process flows, and recommendations to support implementation
