We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy AI & Process Automation Assistant to support the optimisation of business processes, automate repetitive tasks, and assist with the implementation and use of AI tools across the organisation, Durban
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying tasks and processes suitable for automation
- Setting up and maintaining basic AI and automation workflows
- Supporting data capturing, reporting, and process tracking activities
- Creating templates, forms, spreadsheets, and simple workflow systems
- Assisting staff with the use of AI tools and process improvements
- Streamlining administrative, operational, stock, sales, and reporting functions
- Testing automation solutions and reporting any issues or inefficiencies
