CoinMarketCap is building AI products to help users discover, understand, and act on crypto information more effectively. We’re hiring an AI Operations Specialist to join our AI team as an individual contributor in the Product org.

You’ll spend most of your time hands‑on with the operational work that keeps the AI team moving: running evaluations, coordinating outreach and follow‑ups, building lightweight tools and automations, and stepping in wherever the team needs leverage that week. You’ll work closely with the AI team to execute on whatever is most important at any given moment, and you’re expected to lean heavily on AI tools to move faster than one operator normally could.

Your contribution is the operational, hands‑on work that keeps the AI team moving, and it can look different every week.
