Who you'll be working for

Digital and intelligent operations & maintenance (AIOps) services, delivering communication network, data center, energy, and digital transformation solutions across the country.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

5+ years of hands-on UI/product design experience for software products, preferably B2B SaaS, enterprise dashboards, AI products, or data-heavy applications.

Strong Figma skills, including component libraries, auto layout, variants, prototyping, handoff specs, and design system maintenance.

A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design quality, interaction logic, information architecture, and the ability to simplify complex workflows.

Good understanding of frontend basics such as HTML, CSS, responsive layout, component-based UI, and design-to-development handoff. You do not need to be a production frontend engineer.
