Leading the organisation’s AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Partnering with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, priorities opportunities, and define success metrics (value, adoption, risk).
Designing and delivering enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks) to upskill teams on responsible GenAI usage and to prompt best practices.
Establishing AI governance and guardrails in collaboration with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams (privacy, IP, data handling, model risk).
Coordinating with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions; manage delivery plans, timelines and dependencies.
Developing and maintain an AI tools catalogue, intake process, and reusable assets (templates, evaluation checklists, model cards) where applicable.
