Job Description

We’re looking for a mid-level commercial attorney with hands-on contract negotiation and review experience, and a strong understanding of how commercial risk plays out in practice. This role is suited to someone who is comfortable stepping straight into active projects, taking ownership of contract review and negotiation end-to-end, while also contributing to the smooth delivery of work across the team.

You’ll work at the intersection of commercial law, legal delivery, and technology-enabled contracting, supporting corporates and financial institutions on fast-moving matters. This includes using legal technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance the speed, accuracy, and consistency of contracting, while working collaboratively with wider delivery teams and stakeholders.
