What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in backend or service-based system development using Python and/or C#
• At least 1 year of hands–on experience working with AI/LLMs such as OpenAI or Claude
• Experience building AI‑powered workflows, automations, or agent‑based systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend architectures
• Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, or AI security/governance is a plus
