Role Overview: As a Research Engineer in Amity AI Labs (ARAC), you will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real business problems across the Amity group. Your primary mission is to: Build PoC-grade AI and Generative AI solutions that demonstrate technical feasibility and business impact. Prove that a given business problem is technologically solvable with modern AI/ML. Produce clear blueprints, reference implementations, and technical guidelines that subsidiaries can use to build and operate production systems.
You will not own production systems yourself; instead, you'll de-risk technology, validate approaches, and enable product and engineering teams in Amity's subsidiaries to implement and scale the solutions.
