Job Description
- Build and implement our Agentic AI based operating model
- Design workflows that combine human decision making with AI agents
- Implement automation across documentation, reporting and knowledge management
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools such as LLM orchestration platforms, automation tools, workflow engines and internal copilots
- Structure scalable systems that increase output without increasing headcount
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and corporate stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks
- Translate experiments into stable, repeatable operational standards
Qualifications
- Strong practical AI literacy with implementation experience
- Hands on experience with automation tools, AI agents or orchestration frameworks
- Builder mindset with strong execution power
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
