Insight Global is seeking an AI Developer to support an Insurance organizations enterprise AI initiatives focused on automating the ingestion, classification, extraction, and summarisation of unstructured insurance data. This resource will build and extend multi‑step AI workflows that process emails and large document attachments and integrate with downstream insurance systems. Day‑to‑day, this person will work closely with existing project developers to reuse established patterns and architectures, contribute to new AI use cases across underwriting and claims, and troubleshoot model latency and API performance issues.
