AI Demand Innovation Specialist

Join our team in Toronto as part of the Sales function. In this role, you’ll support and optimize our sales AI‑powered technology stack, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the revenue organization.

What You Will Do

• Support, optimize, and troubleshoot various sales tools and their AI capabilities.
• Build, maintain, and optimize AI workflows, lead flows, and scoring frameworks.
• Maintain integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools to ensure data accuracy.
• Enable AI‑supported campaign execution by aligning marketing signals with sales actions.
• Partner with Marketing & Demand Generation teams to support campaign execution.
• Work with RevOps to build performance reporting, including pipeline attribution and ROI analysis.
