AI Delivery Lead

Contract : 6 months + potential ext

Hybrid : ~1 day/month on-site (North York, ON)

Rate : $45-51/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs, product delivery, or scrum operations in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Agile Expertise: Deep practical experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and a proven track record of managing delivery across multiple simultaneous pods.
• Technical Fluency: Strong foundational knowledge of data environments. You must be comfortable speaking the language of data engineers and data scientists (e.g., understanding data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and data warehousing).
