What the role is

As part of MND’s Digitalisation Office, you will design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision‑making across MND divisions. This includes developing AI‑powered tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance operational forecasting or analytics capabilities, and support data‑driven policy formulation. You will lead analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights for diverse domains such as infrastructure, communications, and corporate functions. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping MND’s AI and digitalisation roadmap, driving Generative AI adoption, and transforming data and AI into strategic assets that enhance MND’s internal efficiency and service delivery.
