Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Community and Business Support Lead to help us with our AI transformation journey across VR. In this role, you will establish and run practices to support our end users, key projects and business teams with AI related questions, and feed improvement ideas to our AI operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture the VR AI community, fostering knowledge sharing, engagement, and a collaborative culture.
• Develop organizational AI capabilities through training programs, capability assessments, and culture change initiatives.
• Orchestrate organizational change for AI transformation, ensuring adoption, engagement, and sustained cultural shift.
• Support our key business development programs and guide end users with AI usage related questions.
