Job Description
You’ll systematically investigate how people across this company actually work, document what you find, and identify which processes are ripe for AI automation. Think of it as an ongoing operational audit: you move through every department and product suite (Courts, Pension, Tax, Records, Support, Sales, Finance, Implementation), map the workflows nobody has mapped before, and build the prioritized roadmap of automation opportunities for the company.
This is a high-autonomy discovery role. You own the full cycle: find the opportunity, document the process, quantify the value, and make the case for what should change. You’ll work directly with department leaders, frontline employees, and the AI team to make sure the highest-impact work gets prioritized.
The best person for this role has a nose for inefficiency, can earn trust quickly across teams, and can distinguish between a process that should be automated and one that just needs to be reorganized.
