Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Discovery & Business Understanding
  • Lead conversations with founders, operators, and team leads
  • Map out current workflows across departments (sales, ops, finance, marketing, etc.)
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes
  • Ask sharp questions to uncover how things actually work (not just how they’re described)
• Opportunity Identification
  • Determine what can be:
    • Automated
    • Augmented with AI
    • Eliminated or simplified
  • Evaluate opportunities across:
