Role Summary
We're hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automations and AI-powered workflows across our internal operations and client campaigns. You'll turn manual, repetitive processes into reliable automated systems — connecting our tools (CRM, dialers, Notion, spreadsheets, email) and layering in AI where it adds real value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build automations that eliminate manual work across ops, HR, sales, and reporting (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, native API integrations).
- Design AI workflows using LLMs and AI tools to draft content, summarize data, classify records, and assist agents.
- Integrate systems — connect HubSpot/CRMs, dialers (Ytel/Five9), Notion, Google Workspace, and other tools via APIs and webhooks.
