PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
:Under the direction of the Operations Manager, oversee day to day operations of the facility to maximize customer satisfaction, emphasize employee safety and maximize location profitability.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinates distribution, warehousing, and purchasing in accordance with established principles and procedures
• Supervise both full time and part time operations personnel
• Evaluate location employee performance through annual employee evaluations
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, discipline, and dismissal of employees
• Responsible for making sure that location employees have the proper skills, training, licenses for the jobs they are performing
• Maintains a high level of employee, facility, and equipment image
• Monitor inventory to maintain condition and prevent shrink
