MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Bachelors degree (BSc) in agronomy
- Min of 3 years previous pecan nut farming experience
- Must have ownership mentality
- Strong management skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Being maintenance/mechanically orientated
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers license
